NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FORTY-FIFTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION WILL BE HELD AT ROCHDALE GOLF CLUB ON:-

WEDNESDAY 9th MARCH 2011 AT 7.30 P.M.

AGENDA

  1. Apologies for absence
  2. To approve the Minutes of the last AGM
  3. To receive the Treasurer’s report
  4. To receive the Secretary’s report
  5. To receive the President’s report
  6. To appoint an Honorary Treasurer for the ensuing year
  7. To appoint an Honorary Secretary for the ensuing year
  8. To transact any other business of the Association

    9. The meeting will adjourn for dinner

    To appoint a President for the ensuing year.

EACH CLUB IN THE ASSOCIATION IS INVITED TO BRING ABOUT SIX REPRESENTATIVES, OF WHICH FIVE NOMINATED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE CLUBS, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE PAST PRESIDENTS OF THE ASSOCIATION, WILL BE ENTITLED TO VOTE.
